Camp Information

Kaizen is the Japanese term for self-improvement Kai meaning to "change" and zen meaning "good". This 2 day training camp is open to people of all skill levels. Multiple classes will be run simultaneously in different areas so you can choose the class that best fits your needs. 

Classes include Brazilian JiuJitsu, Wrestling, Judo, Kickboxing, Self-Defense and other specialty classes. You do not need to attend every single class. Participants can rest or watch as necessary.  The camp runs Friday from 3:00p - 7:30p and Saturday from 9:00a - 5:00p. Saturday will include a box lunch and for all the 2 day adult participants and instructors, and awards for both students and instructors. We are having a free family friendly social event after the camp at the Piedmont Social House where we have rented bowling lanes from 6:00p-8:00p and will serve appetizers for our friends in training. We expect this event to fill up so please carpool to the camp if possible. All participants must sign a waiver at the front desk to participate.
