Training safely is just as important as using the Mixed Martial Arts to protect yourself. That's why all training is done under the supervision of highly qualified instructors, the highest quality mats and with all necessary safety equipment  including gloves, mouth piece, head gear, shin/instep protectors and groin protection for the guys.
